All communication with candidates are handled by me and my team. We will be coordinating all the necessary steps in the hiring process including facilitating the test project
To attract and get the right candidates, we'll create a list of the skills, parameters, and even compensation
We'll post the job opening in our overseas network and we'll screen all applications until we find the top 3 most suitable candidates for you to work with
So you have your top 3 candidates/ Now what? We'll get you some guide questions and scenarios for the specific role you are hiring for
I will conduct the interviews with candidates and do the shortlist. Once we have the top 3 candidates we can proceed to giving them the test project
We collect information and data about your hiring needs. We create the job description and we start posting online.
Applicants undergo screening and initial interview by the sourcing officer.
Using behavior interviewing techniques, all shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the hiring manager. Top 3 candidates will be sent to you for final interview. You can have the top three candidates undergo a paid test project (recommended) or choose a final candidate.
Once the final candidate has been chosen we'll assist you in making the offer and the candidate can proceed to doing the new team member onboarding process.
